Ibuki (Breath)

A sound installation using an ultrasonic phased array. Inaudible ultrasonic waves are focused at a point in mid-air, creating audible sound and air currents — a massless existence born in space and eventually dissipating. Exhibited at KUMA experiment 2024-25 vol.2 group show "Here but Not Here, Not Here but Here," Kuma Foundation Gallery, Roppongi. Nov 16–24, 2024.
