Reversible Vertical Positioning of Acoustically Levitated Particle Using a Spiral Reflector

Acoustic levitation attracts diverse fields — chemistry, biology, and beyond — for its containerless sample handling. But for researchers outside acoustics, building complex phased-array systems to move levitated objects is a high barrier. This work offers a radically simple alternative: just rotate a spiral-shaped reflector to shift a particle up or down. No complex phase control, no multichannel electronics.
